Excellent location.

The house is lovely and the yard is perfect for traveling with dogs. The location is near excellent restaurants and entertainment. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the city. Host was responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay in Indianapolis! Proximity to Mass Ave was perfect! Our van didn’t fit in the garage but there was plenty of street parking nearby. We loved the backyard and the fire! Such a great place to end the evening! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay!

This was a great little place close to a lot of stuff in Indianapolis. Everything was clean and easy to access. I will say the garage is pretty small, my Corolla fit but just barely. I would definitely stay here again.

Chatham Arch Charmer

Luke’s place was great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare nice Easter meals for our group. Although any other weekend we would have been happy to check out the many great restaurants and coffee shops within a stone’s throw of this charming historic neighborhood. The outdoor space was fabulous and exceeded our expectations. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this adorable older home with nice updates. Owner communicated promptly as needed with clear expectations. Location was perfect just a block off downtown area that was very walkable. Neighborhood with the older well kept homes was fantastic. I would definitely stay again. Our only mishap was the garage door that couldn’t be opened from outside and required a little extra effort but was doable for a short stay.

Nice home and great location

The house was nice and the location was great. The parking could be a challenge on busy days. The damage deposit charged was more than listed. I’m still waiting on reimbursement for the deposit after I’ve been told that it would be there in a few days.

Great location

Perfect location for bars, restaurants, access to highway. Smaller than anticipated. Garage very small, so unable to use and had to pay for parking, but that was very close. Host very responsive. Somewhat heavy handed with odor controlling sprays. Some very nice updates to small house.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay! I wish we had bright a vehicle that fit in the garage, but it work truck and our giant truck doesn’t fit a lot of places. But the lot right next door was great too. And the brick road on the side of the house was perfect to unload. The second bedroom is a Murphy bed, which is super cool but also not the most comfortable, I kind of felt like I was going to roll out but it was soft enough and I didn’t feel any bars. Having two separate bathrooms was great, and the house was very clean. The check in and check out process was easy and spelled out well.

Great Location and Comfort, But Lacking in Host Communication

First, the location was fantastic! It was situated in the lively Bottleworks District neighborhood with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, etc. We loved being able to walk to most places and enjoy the area without the hassle of driving. The property itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. The amenities were as described, and it provided a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. However, communication with the host left a lot to be desired. There were only automated messages, and the host never responded to my questions prior to or during the trip.

The house was super cute and well maintained. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely stocked. The beds and couch were comfortable. The neighborhood was bustling but not loud. Great food options nearby. The floors were uneven in places which could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility. Plenty of inexpensive parking and a good general location.
