  • New 2024 Custom Home. Located in the shadows of Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indy skyline.

    This is the 1st floor of the two-story container home which sleeps 2/4 travelers comfortably. All new 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, large wrap around deck. Walking distance to Convention Center, Lucas Oil, Monument Circle, and all downtown restaurants. Property is located one block off of I65 and I70.

    Stadium Villas is a private safe area of colorful homes used for short-term rentals.

    Guests will have access to the entire lower level unit which has its own private separate entrance from the top unit.

    One free private parking spot next to property. Additional parking available for a fee depending upon availability.

    We also have 4 additional properties located on-site with separate nightly rates. If you would like to book any of them please inquire for additional information.
