We are delightfully surprised that this facility is one of the best we stayed in many ways. The host was very kind, helpful and friendly and offered snacks, waters, cookies and in addition to a warm breakfast. Lobby is very clean. Moreover, it allowed us for a late check out. It's almost as good as most of high end hotels we stay. We stayed here because of March Madness games with no other facilities found. Clean room and comfortable pillows as well. All-in-all, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Indianapolis.

The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept.
