Everyone was super nice. The luggage carts all had flat tires making it hard to use. Our room was great, beds were comfortable and the entire facility felt clean! We had our Pup with us, which was not the original reservation but they accommodated him!

Very nice place, spacious rooms great for long stays. Front desk was amazing, cleaning lady barged in on my 2 hours before checkout, she was very nice but should wait until after checkout time. Outside gas fire pit had some issues and maintenance didn’t seem concerned to help us. Overall the experience was good and we would go back.

Very clean room. The bed was pretty comfortable bed, but it dipped to the middle just a bit. One of the bathroom lights was out. Overall very nice. Would stay again.

Wonderful room. Very quiet and roomy. The room decor was very updated, the bathroom was not. Tub and shower fixtures were broken and not clean.

Exactly what we needed!

Needed a safe, clean room for myself and 2 young children while traveling. We just needed 1 nt and not the extended stay. This hotel popped up on a search of the Indianapolis area at a very reasonable price. We all loved the comfort and space of the room (3 of us on a roadtrip for several days - we needed space!). The hotel is setup like a small community and not a traditional hotel. This was beautiful but did cause a bit of a hiccup in the morning as i needed to drive to breakfast vs just heading downstairs. The service was outstanding! So polite and professional at every meeting we had. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Refrigerator didn't work ..no ice was made all weekend. Sink in the bathroom didn't drain. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was great. Pool walls and ladder could use a good scrub but pool was still great :) overall nice hotel but my room needed a little work but would recommend:)
