Had a descent stay. Bathroom needs updated. Tub faucet was barely hanging on with caulking. Maybe do something about how “wet” the room felt. Couldn’t get it to dry out with air conditioner.

Great stay, although there was a smoke detector in the 2nd floor hallway that was chirping. My wife let the front desk know of the situation. It was never fixed and still chirping the day we checked out.

You can tell the building is aging a little. However, the bed & sheets were great, the room & bathroom were spacious and the parking lot looked really safe & well-lighted.

This is a budget hotel that is owned/staffed by folks that are working hard to provide a pleasant stay. Great breakfast room with drinkable coffee and lots of bacon/ sausage (and yogurt/hard boiled eggs for GF folks) and fun “conveyer belt” MTO pancake machine. Front desk was helpful. Pool grater or something like that was broken when we arrived on a Thursday for a Grand Park tournament but was then fixed surprisingly by Saturday. Water in bathrooms was not super hot but a decent shower was possible. Convenient area with McDonalds within walking distance and Walmart across the street. Be aware that lots of families stay here and you can hear noise from the hall in the room but we had no trouble sleeping well (excellent blackout shades). Lobby was under a bit of construction but entire hotel was very clean.

It was very nice overall. Location was close to the event we were attending. Had a couple of fast food places right across the parking lot for a quick dinner when we arrived, and breakfast was good as well!

Very noisy being very close to the stairs on the second floor and you can hear everything from next door (thin walls) and above. Had to turn on fan all night. Breakfast buffet was as you’d expect, nothing great and hot water not hot or working right. Scrambled eggs tasteless and cold crispy bacon. But convenient location and from check in clerk nice.

Handicap amenities limited.
I had reserved/requested a mobility handicapped bathroom, but given a standard room. Upon request, they did provide a shower chair, but the size of the bathroom and the height of the sides of tub still made the shower inaccessible. Cleanliness was great, comfort of the beds and other seating within the room was also top quality.

Room had water damage at one point and was repaired not really well. The pool did not have towels and was not clean. People left towels and garbage around the pool and it wasn't picked up. Not what I was expecting based on the location and cost.

This is an older property, but recently revitalized. They didn't use the top shelf materials or the best craftsmen, but it looks nice and it's fresh and everything in our room worked. Our room was clean and the smelled clean. The staff is amazing; friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. We'll definitely stay there again. The location is great.
