The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
$500 fee for ANY sort of smoking/vaping inside the property. Please be courteous of the 10:00am check out time. Collect all used bath and bed linens and place in hamper in front of the washer/dryer.
Place trash in the green bin outside. Load and run the dishwasher. Empty the refrigerator/freezer/cabinets of any personal items. Logout of any tv or gaming apps.
$20/pp/per night for persons unaccounted for on the reservation. Any event/party/large gathering must be communicated by guest and approved by the host. Extra fees may apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a group of 8 and it fit us very well! Very clean, cool hangout area in the garage, plenty of parking available for bigger groups. Highly recommend! Very easy to get in contact with host as well.
