I like how the rooms were spacious. I didn't know until I got there that it had a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and a microwave. Wish the pool was open but it’s still early May. Parking was easy.

A surprisingly good hotel for the price. Much nicer than we expected, in fact. Spacious, clean room, quiet and no unpleasant smells. Bed was comfortable, nothing to complain about. The staff were excellent — friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The staff from check-in to janitorial was amazing!!! Every employee encountered deserves 5 stars. The grounds/building itself was not in the best condition. The entrance door to the room looked as if it had been kicked in once upon a time. The tile in the tub was peeling, and the refrigerator could stand some tlc.

My toilet overflowed and I had to clean it up and I was not a happy camper and as a smoker I feel that they should have designated spaces for those of us that smoke. Outside of that the staff and area around the property was nice.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was so great, I didn't want to leave! Was very peaceful and quiet and set back out of the way. Very comfortable and nice experience. Would gladly stay here again!

This was by far one of the better extended stays I have booked with. It was very clean, smelled good walking in, staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the young lady at the front desk’s name (has long locs with red tips) she was very helpful and always friendly. If we come back to Indianapolis for work we will definitely stay again!

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast offerings were a joke though, do not count on this method for breakfast. A couple packets of oatmeal and some nature valley bars is not continental breakfast

Everyone was great and friendly, however, the property is very rundown. The 1st floor smelled like dog and smoke which was almost unbearable. There was also not enough towels. I asked for more and was only given 1 because thats all they had available. If you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head, this might work, but dont expect much cleanliness.

Good price; great staff!

The room was large and very clean. Because I have some physical limitations, I was extremely pleased to see that there were more "grab bars" in the bathroom than usual. All of the staff that I met were both friendly and helpful. Kudos to the night manager--who ALWAYS appeared to be on duty--and who, with a smile on her face, never seemed to be irritated when asked to "re-code" my key because I couldn't keep from slipping my room key into the same pocket in which I carried my billfold . . . which has a magnet in it. (Apparently codes and magnets do not play well together.) I had never stayed at this particular motel, but should I need return to Indianapolis, I'd gladly book a room here.

Good quality stay for the price. Cooking amenities are included but you do have to ask for them. Also, they do not have breakfast in the morning but did have coffee. Other than that, very pleased. Friendly and professional staff

The outside of the building looked run down. We remained hopeful about the room. Nope, the room was as dingy as the building. It was not dirty just old and used up. On the bright side there were no bugs to be found and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was in a room that had a door that went to the furnace and the furnace ran all light off and on it was loud. It was room 234 and there were upstairs must’ve been kids and they were running and jumping all night, I called downstairs to the lobby the front desk about three or four times Between one and 3 AM and never got no answer. Actually, the bathtub was slick and when I got in there to take a shower, I slept and fell in my back and elbow. I’m OK, but it was tough getting out of the tub. Other than that. It was a good experience.

We paid to come swim for an evening w.our daughter and the pool was broken. Said it hasn't worked in over 3 years. The coffee tasted like water, no real sugar, and the only breakfast were oatmeal packs. My kid was excited about swimming and breakfast, so instead of enjoying her last weekend of summer break, we dealt with disappointment.

They had no extra towels. None!!!! Shower leaked water all over floor every time you took a shower d/t shower head being broken and a stream continuously spraying the floor. Treadmill was broken so I walked around the area, it is safe and quite. A lot of dining choices. I will say the rooms are huge, kitchenette is nice. Staff wasn't great either, other than a house keeper that got me a hand towel to dry off with. On a personal call during some of my check in. This place has potential to be great...... but needs a polishing

The room was very clean and in good condition…on the inside. Upon arriving, I was almost poked in the eye by low-hanging branches, or which the tree. Branches had torn the window screen next to it. I almost stumbled over uneven sidewalk, and observed 2’ high tall weeks growing in the landscape along with weeds in the big flower pots by the front entrance. The window had not been cleaned in several years on the outside. General maintainance on the outside was lacking.
