Great stay at a great spot

This single family home was perfect for the 5 of us. It's in a nice little area with good restaurant spots and convenient to many other parts of Indy. Host was responsive and gave us all the details we needed for a great stay. Would stay again!

A great little place to stay

The house was perfect for our stay in Indy for our son’s 2 week PT intensive! Very clean, very easy to get to, and the host is very accommodating and responsive! Having a ‘home away from home’ to stay in during a medical stay for kids is so important and this did just the job!

Perfect little spot

We rented this house for a work trip and it was perfect for us. The space was beautiful and comfortable. Communication with our hosts was great. The location is perfect. Very close to everything you might need. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great House In Amazing Location

Stayed here while traveling for business. The house was great and very clean. The location is perfect as it is centrally located in Fishers. Adam the host was phenomenal to work with with.

Perfect Fishers downtown experience

This property is perfectly located on greenways in close proximity to downtown shopping and restaurants. The house is beautiful and immaculate. The host is super responsive and interested in making sure we were comfortable. We will be back.

Cute home with outdoor deck seating & comfy living areas. Close to many stores (large Target w/grocery, gas station, restaurants) & a walking biking trail. Neighborhood was safe & clean. Had a wonderful stay, loved the cardinals that visited the patio!!

Much better than a hotel!

We (3 couples) needed a place to stay close by for a concert at Ruoff. The hotel prices were hiked up significantly and we wanted to see if there were other options. We were happy to find a clean, very comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation close by. The home had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

Great house

We came into town to see a concert. We had a group of 7. The house was very nice and clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was nice and newer. Also close to everything. We would recommend it!!

Nice place

We booked so we could go to the Christmas market in Carmel and bring our dogs along. We had a sick child so only myself and one child made it. The house was clean, comfy, and easy access to conveniences. Great communication with the owners. Would stay here again with the whole crew next time! Only tip is don’t try to use the key box on the garage, use the one on the front door to get in :)

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Very central located in Fishers. We did have several issues that were reported to the owner. The response offered thanks for pointing out the problems. It was bitterly cold and the garage parking was a real plus. Would likely contact agsin

Family Friendly House

We were in town for a wedding at the Balmoral house. The house was close by and is located at a great location. At the end of the street (a few houses down) there is a paved trail that leads to a cute park (our toddlers have fun there for a few hours). The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. The house was just as we expected and is very comfortable. We when we arrived to check in there was a crew doing work inside the house that threw us off. However, the owner was quick to respond to our message and clear things up (the crew was supposed to have been done hours ago, before we arrived). Both bathrooms are newly renovated and beautiful. No other hiccups besides that. We would definitely stay here again!

5 Big Stars! Ideal for Both Work and Family Fun!

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo during our combined family and business trip. The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed-strong Wi-Fi for work, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and cozy common areas for relaxing after a long day.The location couldn't have been better. It's in a vibrant area with tons of great food options, fun activities and everything we needed within easy reach. Work or Family it was the perfect home base.Friendly and attentive host. This property was amazing. It was clean and beautifully decorated. There wasn’t anything that we needed. It was all there. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. The deck was relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet. Fishers Indiana is the cutest little town. We will definitely stay in this rental again. I highly recommend it.

We booked this house as we were in town to see our son. The house was super close to everything we wanted to do. I will say, try the Derailed restaurant/bar at the Nickel Plate Hotel..fabulous drinks, appetizers and breakfast! There is a super cute tea shoppe/boutique called "Teas & Twigs" located on the corner of Lantern rd..super cute stuff and easy walk from the house.
