Close to Downtown, 1 block from Massachusetts Ave. Has everything! Gated parking, complete Kitchen with all utensils and etc., microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, toaster, stove, refrigerator, Central heat and air, washer/dryer in unit, extra chairs and card table. Beds: can sleep 5 to 7 people (queen bed, full size Futon, Daybed with Trundle bed, and folding hotel type rollaway bed. Baby crib available. 43" and 48" smart TVs, WIFI, Deck with grille, Security cameras. Bathroom has big jetted tub!

Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.

have good knees for the stairs. apartment as listed. plenty of room. could hear every word spoken and foot step taken from the people renting downstairs. s/w sketchy neighborhood, but thats all of east Indy. bed comfortable. all amenities taken care of.

Not ideal

Property is under renovation and therefore a lot of debris is on premises. Property is located directly on a very busy street and it was very loud. Described as near east side of indianapolis, but is really the east side and not in a very nice neighborhood as there are vacant homes all around.
