Great location for visiting dad

The location of this house was perfect for my sister and I to visit our father for his 96th w. Very close and convey. Great neighborhood for walks and very friendly neighbors.

Great stay!!!

Everything about this place was perfect for our family. We were in town for a Wedding and this place housed the six of us very comfortably. Lots of open space and an amazing backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Indy Trip

Family trip to Indy to watch Brickyard 400 and while there enjoyed the Chicago concert and time around the canal. The house in which we stayed was wonderful, clean, convenient and hosts were so gracious.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. 7 of us stayed at the house (4 adults and 3 children ages 10, 8, and 3). It was perfect. We would stay here again. Listing was accurate. Location was convenient. Comfortable beds.

Weekend convention with friends

Clean and Comfortable Stay

We only stayed for a night but it was perfect! Extremely clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. The host was very responsive and accommodating. If I need to stay in the area again I will definitely seek out this property.

Great Stay!

We visited the Indianapolis Children’s Museum with my sons (4 & 2). The home was beautiful and exactly what we expected from the listing. It was a great location near lots of restaurants and an easy drive to the museum! We would definitely stay again next time we visit! Van was a great host! Thank you!

Nice place south of Indy.

Had 6 college buddies from all over Indiana meet up. Do it once a year. Good rather central location in a nice area for several folks to hang out and spend some time. Nice back yard area.

2nd Visit

This is a return visit and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. This is a great VRBO owner and a pleasure to do business with. House is amazing! It is spacious, super clean, and well supplied.

Clean and roomy

We loved our time at Van’s place. The house is spacious, clean, and outfitted with everything we needed for our four days there. Safe and quiet neighborhood, convenient Greenwood location, nicely updated and maintained home. The kitchen was especially nice as we prepped food for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend booking this stay!

Calm and quiet home with a big comfy bed!

Van was an amazing host, had a good assortment that allowed me to cook a nice dinner, a comfy couch and a great tv to watch movies on, and an amazing huge comfy bed in the master bedroom along with another great tv to wind down the rest of the night. Super quick responses and a kind demeanor from Van along with a gorgeous home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Property, Immaculately Maintained.

This three bedroom home was immaculate and provided us with a great location for meeting up with family local to Greenwood. The place is immaculate with beautiful living spaces and bedrooms. There is a wonderful deck and backyard that would be highly inviting in warm weather. Kitchen provided all we needed for our morning coffee ritual and is equipped for more ambitious meal creation should we have needed it. Convenient to Indy and all points south of the city, I highly recommend Van's offering.

Wedding Staycation

Our family (4 adults and 2 children) loved staying at this house while in town for a wedding at Valle Vista Wedding Venue and Golf Club. Such a lovely space to relax and unwind in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean, wonderfully decorated and fully stocked for your vacation needs. Very close to the wedding venue, stores and restaurants. Also just a short drive to many Indy attractions. We had little ones with us so we enjoyed the zoo, apple orchard and Kid City Indoor play space at Greenwood Community Center. Thank you Van for the hospitality and great communication. You are an excellent VRBO host. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

The location was excellent. Looked to be a neighborhood with an HOA (Not a fan personally, but works nice for a rental). The house was very comfortable and we slept well. Kitchen was equipped with a minimum amount of dishes, glassware and cookware. It was enough for the frying of eggs and warming up of food we brought, but might be a little light if you were planning to cook a whole meal there. The only hiccup was on check-in. We had the code for the deadbolt, but the doorknob was locked and we could not get in. It took about 15 minutes to get in touch with the owner and get a solution. It was a frustration upon arrival, but not a big impact on our stay in the long run.
