Had a really nice stay! The place was nice, peaceful, super quiet and comfortable — perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived in the middle of the night and couldn’t get the smart lock to open. We called the support number, but no one answered. It could have been a disaster, but fortunately, we finally figured out the trick on our own. It was unlike any other smart lock I’d ever used. As soon as we entered, we were hit with the thick stench of cigarette smoke. Once we got over that, we saw that apartment was attractive and had been newly remodeled. But when we saw cockroaches in the kitchen, we immediately soured on the place. We spent the whole weekend being paranoid about disgusting creatures. Were there also bedbugs? Lice? We didn’t find any evidence of those, but it’s unpleasant to have to be worried about such things. The remodelers had completely forgotten to give any attention to the baseboards, which were peeling, shoddily finished (giant gaps in some of the corners) and suffering from dry rot in the bathroom. Overall, while much of the apartment was attractive, it gave the sense that they had put lipstick on a pig. The morning after our arrival, I got a text saying, “Sorry, we missed your call. Can we help with anything?” That would have been great customer service, except when I replied with my complaints about the smell and cockroaches, I got no reply whatsoever. What’s the point of asking to help if you’re not going to actually help? On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. There is one cafe and one convenience store within walking distance.
