    Great place for a girls’ weekend getaway! The Pacers and Fever were playing in town and the atmosphere was electric…and it was all within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

    Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood.

    Very easy spot to live in that's quite close to everything in Indy w/o feeling like you're stuck in the city. Very walkable neighborhood with almost everything you need close. Would absolutely stay again.

    This is a gem of a property

    My son and I stayed here while attending a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It's in a fantastic location within walking distance of the stadium and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and everything is in brand new condition. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future!

    The location was perfect , neighborhood was amazing. Just missing a lot of needed kitchen utensils. No oven pans , forks too small, no coffee , could use a woman’s touch to get it set up .

    Awesome Spot

    Really nice place close to downtown. Was in town for the lions game with a group of buddies. All amenities were up to date, super clean, and the location is within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Communication with host went great. Would 100% stay here again if I was in town

    Great location and comfortable place to stay.

    Within 10-20 min walking distance to downtown. Very easy and short distance walk to downtown and Luca Oil Stadium. Was nice to avoid heavy crowds and traffic. Located in a quiet and safe section of town. Easy side street parking with plenty of parking availability. Rental property was very clean with updated appliances and amenities. Very lovely and nice place to stay, high recommend! Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

    Great guys weekend

    Got a few old college buddies together for a weekend away and Colts game. Place was great, location was superb and host was top notch. Minor issue with house being cleaned up when we arrived but Dennis took care of it quickly and all was great.

    Taylor Swift weekend

    The house was the perfect size for my daughters and me while we were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to the show and avoid parking fees and Ubers! Dennis was super quick when I had questions. Would recommend and would stay again!!

    Came into town to celebrate the anniversary of our son’s business. Clean, quiet carriage house that is completed updated with modern appliances and finishes. Online description is accurate. Great neighborhood. Very walkable to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Would be happy to stay there again.

    Great “game day” Getaway

    We stayed Fri-Sun for season opener WNBA Fever game. The carriage house was nice layout for the 4 of us (but would also be good for group/family of up to 6-8). It’s in great location, safe neighborhood, within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse along with bars/restaurants. Owner kept in good communication, as needed. It was a 6 hour drive for us, and we’d stay here again if up in the area for future event.
