We've stayed here twice now and have loved it both times! It's PERFECT for kids with the outdoor space, animals to pet, and horses to go see. We had 8 adults and 7 kids (aged 3 and under). The house is perfect size to fit our big group and allows space for us adults to have fun after the kids are down at night. Kitchen is spacious and works for all of us too. Amazing staff down at the barn helped us and allowed the kids to experience the horses. Highly recommend!

Family Trip

Decided to find a location that would have lots of room for the kids to play. Plenty of room and parking. The petting zoo was also a hit with the kids. Close enough to activities, but not right in Indianapolis and in an nice area.

Wedding weekend

Our daughter got married in linzton and we rented the cabin and her mom rented the cottage. It was amazing. Clean. Close to the event site. Cool animals. And a great pond.

Family getaway

The Cottage afforded my family party of ten the perfect space. Every individual couple/family had their own bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen and dining area was excellent for preparing food and playing games all at the same time. Chuck and Marie, the owners, are responsive to all communication but we never have any problems and always enjoy our stay!

Country cottage with lake access

We had a fun time together as a family at this property. It was clean, comfortable and there was good communication with the owner . We enjoyed having access to the lake. Great memories were made here and our grandchildren liked the petting zoo too.

Great Place for Large Groups

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed here! Close to the convention center and all things Indy. We love being able to cook meals and play games together as a group. Plenty of space outside for the kids to run around.

Perfect Peaceful Family Getaway

Perfect location - not to far from Indianapolis, yet quiet and peaceful. Love the patio and the kids loved the animals. Having two tables in the kitchen area was so nice. There was seating for everyone in one space so you did not feel disconnected. Bedrooms are slightly set off from the gathering spaces which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again!

Weekend Fun

The place is absolutely adorable and more than accommodating for a family getaway or friends that live in different parts of the country to get together & have a fun weekend. It’s not far from downtown and other areas around the Indianapolis area. The hosts are nice, accommodating people. I would definitely stay again.

Great, unique place!

What a delight this property is! The owners are super friendly, easy going and responded quickly to any questions. The home is charming and comfortable and that porch ❤️❤️❤️ We had a blast walking around the property, seeing the animals, kids enjoyed the paddle boat, canoe and even jumped off the dock to swim! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Wonderful stay! Perfect activities for all ages. Our only issue was there was no wifi. We think the modem wasn’t working. Good thing was, we really didn’t need it.

Wedding weekend

We rented both homes for a wedding in the area. Bride's family in cottage Grooms in the cabin. It was wonderful! Huge thanks to Chuck and the gang at Nature Valley! The homes were clean, spacious and the grounds were wonderful! Made a special addition to the weekend of celebrating and family time!

Wonderful Family Reunion

The house and property was perfect for our three grown kids and spouses and 6 grandchildren. We enjoyed fishing in the pond, pony rides and lots of outdoor area for games and running around. The kitchen was well stocked, the air conditioning was great and the WiFi worked great. Communication with host was excellent. This was our second stay and we plan another trip here in 2026.

Wedding weekend

Wedding weekend for our son and daughter in law. Family stayed in the Cottage and Grooms party in the Cabin. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner in the Outpost too. Everyone loved the property and spent time in the pond and the pavilion. Marie was so helpful and responsive to any questions I had.
