50th Birthday Party

We had a wonderful time with our family during our stay. The house and barn gave us a great place to host our friends and enjoy quality time together. The location of the house made it easy to eat out at some great, local restaurants. The only draw back was that it was winter and too cold to enjoy the pool.

Great Family Weekend

It was the perfect location and accommodation for a wonderful weekend of making lots of memories with all of our (married) kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was clean and well-equipped, with a rich sense of history. The property host (Heather) was extremely helpful, responsive to questions, and very easy to work with.

Exceptional Home with Lovely Back Yard

This was our 2nd time staying at this amazing house and it was just as wonderful this time. The host is fabulous and great and communicating. The house itself is well decorated and you feel as if you are staying in a family members home. The grounds are exceptional and the pool was so nice. We all really loved every minute of our experience and will be back!

Fabulous family reunion

This was our family’s second visit. It was as Amazing as our first. Our large family fit comfortably in the beautiful home. From the pool to the entertainment barn to the video room there was something for everyone.

Perfect Family Retreat

This is our second stay at this property and it has been affectionately named “ the reunion house.” One of our four year olds is already asking when he can go back to the house. Owner was very responsive and quickly handled any concerns. Wonderful experience.

Perfect Family Reunion Home

This was the perfect property for our family reunion. It was beautiful and spacious. We may great use of the pool and movie room, Kitchen was very complete with everything we needed. Property manager responded promptly. Would love to come again next year!

Farmhouse near the City

What an excellent property that suited the needs of 12 people for a work retreat. Location was great to everything! Property management was responsive and offered proactive solutions. Pool was amazing feature on a hot weekend. Barn offered plenty of activities. Would recommend to anyone!

Back in Time with all the Conveniences

We loved our stay at Woodside while in town for our son’s wedding! The barn, the pool, the exterior property-all gave us plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The touches of history in the farmhouse made our stay extra special. But having all the modern conveniences we needed made it super convenient. Loved it

Our new go-to girls weekend house

What an amazing property! Plenty of space to spread out but still have areas where our whole large group of 12 could gather. The pool was perfect, the party barn was so fun, and the theater room was the perfect cozy ending to each night. I also want a carbon copy of the kitchen in my house. We will definitely be back!

Family gathering for wedding

This was an amazing, beautiful, spacious property for our extended family to stay together as we celebrated a wedding. Lots of indoor an outdoor gathering spaces and also plenty of spaces for quiet breaks. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. The party barn was such a cool space! The pool was a really fun addition. The location was very convenient to shopping and the highway. This was truly the perfect space for us- we just loved it.

The 1861 Farmhouse was a delight!

Our family of 13 ranging from 2 to 68 stayed at the 1861 Farmhouse and it was perfect for us. Something for everyone. Great layout to accommodate everyone. It was super well appointed. The home maintains the historic character with all the modern conveniences. Grounds were beautiful. Host was excellent to work with. It clearly exceeded our expectations. Simply can't say enough great things about this property.

Beautiful home with the most magical barn ever!

We enjoyed our stay there to celebrate our sons graduation with family and friends. The home is beautifully decorated and has all of the comforts that you could need! We really enojoyed the theater, the heated pool and all of the games in the barn. My only suggestion would be that more towels are provided, not only for the bath but also for the pool as there were not enough for our large group. Also, I expected to see 4 twin size beds in the "boys" room but actually there are 2 beds and 2 trundle beds that pulled out from underneath the other beds making if quite uncomfortable for our teen aged and young adult children.

We had amazing time during our stay. The house was magnificent & had every amenity you could possibly need to have a wonderful time. Exactly as described. Clean & beautifully decorated.
