"It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city."

"The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was wonderfully warm and the hot tube was relaxing. The staff was attentive and made sure needs were met. Food was good every morning and kick back. Will be staying here again on our next family adventure "

"I didn't stay for breakfast .... needed a latte first ... stop I stopped at a nearby Starbucks. I had dinner in the bar and a great glass of wine. Bartenders were friendly and helpful with the menu . It was hard to decide what to have because the items looked so good."
