"What a hidden gem that’s a little off the beaten path. I was looking for a last minute place to stay near Rice Lake wildlife refuge and a room was available. The lodge room was above the bar, and we took advantage of the bar and then the pool area, so there was never a noice issue. The pool area was one of the cleanest I think I’ve ever seen. All the staff from the front desk to the bar was super friendly and helpful "

"We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! "

"Clean, organized, comfortable and very well thought out. Opened up the door and noticed how clean it looked and smelled, even in the garage. From the comfort of the queen beds, convenience of the two bathrooms, the thoughtfulness of having electrical box down by the dock to charge the batteries, this place exceeded all my expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with two different coffee maker options, toaster, air fryer, gas grill and good cookware. The TV and wifi was a nice option after a long day on the lake to sit back and relax. When we finished our trip we immediately wanted to book for the following year."
