"This cabin was wonderful. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with excellent amenities throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the great room was a warm, homey space where our whole family could gather. Beds were comfortable with lots of mountain views.The property was private and peaceful, with a truly remote location that was absolutely worth it for the quiet, lake and mountain views, and the four-season enjoyment this place offers. "We have been coming to Schroon Lake every year for over 40 years. This was our first stay at the Maple Leaf Motel. We only stayed one night, but the accommodations were perfect for our stay. Upon arrival, we used a code to get into the motel. The room was stocked with water and snacks, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and the two queen sized beds were comfortable. Although the motel is located off the main road, we were not disturbed by traffic, and the temperature in the room was comfortable. Our room had a microwave and small refrigerator, but my daughter also had a room next to ours and it had a full kitchen area, so some rooms are different than others. The location was conveniently located just outside of the main town area, just north of the marina. "
