"Great property. Many features and amenities. Two refrigerators and an ice Maker. Dishwasher. Newer appliances. Bathroom on every level.Great fire pit and plenty of wood. Big parking area for trailers.Power boat lift. Close to Hoo-Doo landing. View from the deck and the sunrise was fantastic. Fishing was good too. We golfed at The Fortune bay It was Close to the property. Course was gorgeous and challenging. We might book for next year."

"Great experience and highly recommended for an easier time getting out camping versus the BWCAW. Our time on the island was awesome! Unforgettable and will definitely be doing it again. Jimmy and his granddaughter even took us tooling around on the lake. As well as we rented a motorboat from him for fishing on our own. It was like an upgraded more comfortable and easier experience from the BWCA but still just as secluded, private and picturesque. Lots of optionable enjoyment for lake life on Vermillion. We loved it."

"We were under the impression the walking dock was right off the back yard, however it was a little drive. Not a huge deal but a little bit of a bummer bc kids couldn't just walk down there. Otherwise it was amazing!"
