Includes two side-by-side townhomes two blocks from beach spacious enough for large groups yet offers the privacy of separate beautifully appointed space. Both units offer a relaxing living room with Smart TV and free Netflix, spacious kitchen/dining room area and convenient downstairs half bath. Upstairs in each unit you will find 3 bedrooms (all with Smart TVs) and a full bath (a total of 6 bedrooms). One unit offers a large shower with the other a tub/shower combo. Each unit offers a private fenced back yard with gas bbq perfect for social distancing. Each unit has a washer/dryer on patio.

Cute little townhomes near the beach

These townhomes are so cute and accommodated our family so well. They had everything we needed to prepare meals and live comfortably including a pack n play and high chair. It had everything we needed for fun at the beach including beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon and was comfortable and clean.

Awesome

Lori was amazing. Her communication was outstanding, the townhouses were well equipped with anything you need, down to sunscreen, beach chairs, toys and wagons to walk to the beach. She even purchased a high chair for my grandson. We would defiantly go back there again!

Super host; great beach house

Plenty of towels, beach supplies, and basic necessities. Comfy beds/pillows, great bedding, comfy couches. Easy 5 min walk to the local beach; great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Family-friendly!

Great place to hang!

The townhomes were great! Spacious, accommodating, close to everywhere we wanted to be. Our host was amazing! Provided with all sorts of items that you won’t know you need until you’re there. Excellent communication throughout, prior and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

Lori is an amazing hostess and was very accommodating for our large group. The townhouses were well equipped and organized and within walking distance to the beach. To note, the room with the twin/queen is actually a bunk bed now. With a pull out twin trundle. We were not expecting that, but it worked out even better for our group.

Great Stay

Loved the property, great location, had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Only issues were bathrooms, there were 2 in each condo, one had an issue that owner addressed.

Or family rented two units (B & C) for a week

We (8 adults, 4 teens) found both units to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked with all essentials. The owner is very personable and responsive to any questions or concerns. She has provided extensive notebooks with information about local establishments and attractions. The property is a brief walk to Bicentennial Beach Park, where we spent a lot of time, including watching two rocket launches. It was very convenient to have two adjoining units, each with two parking spaces. We would definitely stay there again.
