Staff were very accommodating in providing early check in. Nice modernized property. Location is close to the cruise terminal and airport. Watch the pricing of room service meal. Salads were great but 2 salads and 4 waters was pretty pricey.

Very nice hotel, but for how much it cost, it would be nice to have something included. Everything carried its own fee, and they wouldn’t even let us eat their own food in the lobby bar.

First time I came last year was excellent, This year was the complete opposite. Very few staff this year were good, The guy who’s usually there during the day at front desk has great customer service though. Can’t remember his name.
