Wonderful Place!

We stayed at this lovely condo for two months. Spotless and comfortable. We were on the first floor and the array of beautiful birds on the pond could be seen everyday from our patio...Ibis, Egrets, a beautiful white pelican, osprey, Wood Storks and a Roseate Spoonbill! The condo was walking distance to the beach and close to great shopping and restaurants. The pool and spa were also beautiful! Perfect stay in every way.

Great condo, condo community and proximity to beach

Clean comfortable ground level condo for our one month stay. Kitchen well appointed but could use a frying pan. Beds are comfortable in both bed rooms as was the sofa with plenty of pillows to choose. Two bathrooms were great with ample fluffy towels, even had pool/beach towels. The heated pool and hot tub kept clean, with adequate seating. Other " snowbirds" were friendly. Loved the view of small pond and watching the water fowl from the porch. Short 8 minutewalk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We really love this area. My only complaint was slider and screen were difficult to operate and screen had several holes. Communication with property manager was great

Poor maintenance

This property is very nice outside, pool, location, great. The sliding door wouldn’t move, lock has been broken into at some point; toilet screeched and then locked up; bath fan not working. Shower didn’t drain. Front door bulb out, hard to see combination lock in the dark. Outlet in bathroom dead. Pans were very scratched so Teflon came off when cooking. Hair dryer kept shorting out. We bought pans, hair dryer, drain chemical and laundry basket. Two maintenance men came by during our 4th week. Too late. Couch does not open to bed. Sleeps 4. 1 set of sheets, 2 towels, 2 washcloths. Manager said guests steal them. He said he would take some over but did not.

Convenient condo

We were visiting family in Melbourne and needed a place to stay. This condo was reasonably priced, had a great location, and plenty of space for my wife and I and our kids. The property owner was very responsive and nice. The property had everything we needed, plenty of space, and was clean. We would definitely use this property again.

Wonderful venue

We were very happy staying at the Beach Club unit. It was clean, with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and nice dining table. Sliding door screen needs repair but was ok. Pool was nice. Close to stores & restaurants. The only disappointment was people smoking around the pool. Host was very friendly and responded to our questions promptly.

Wonderful stay at Beach Club Condo

The condo was exactly as advertised. Kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, bedroom was large and bed was comfortable. Sufficient patio furniture for extra guests. Everything worked well. Property manager was friendly and handled everything in a timely manner. This was our second time staying at Beach Club Condos and definitely recommend this location. Pool was heated this year and the pool area is always clean as well as the exercising room.

Our Beach Club Stay

This property is in a great location, about 1/4 mile from the beach. Several stores and restaurants in area. My husband and I rented the unit for four weeks. We had trouble getting into the property as the key code did not work. After a call to the owner who contacted the property manager the correct code was given to us. Then the club fob wasn’t where it was suppose to be, but we found it. I did contact the property manager about that when couldn’t initially find it and he responded promptly. I couldn’t open the patio door ever in the four weeks. My husband was able to. He said it was off the track. The screws in the hinge on the bathroom door in the secondary bedroom was off and you had to be careful opening and closing it. There wasn’t a plug for the sink in the bathroom of the primary bathroom. Some mold in tub and on shower curtain in secondary bathroom. For four weeks we were provided with four dishwasher tabs, one kitchen garbage bag already in the bin, no dishcloths, no toilet bowl cleaner and very cheap bathroom cleaner. I bought all these. I regret not contacting the owner or property manager about this as they should have been given the chance to rectify the situation. However, I feel there was a breakdown in communication between either the owner or property manager and the cleaning company. I really don’t know how they expected us to function for four weeks with these items. There were sufficient towels and washer and dryer worked well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the unit needs some TLC.

It’s a cute place. But it needed serious cleaning. Me and my wife spent an hour cleaning it the day we arrived. Very little cleaning supplies to be had. Just wish it was cleaner otherwise loved it

Wonderful time in Melbourne Beach

This cute little condo worked very well for our visit to Melbourne Beach. Beach access was quite easy. We enjoyed the dog beach in our area especially. Many things to do in Melbourne too!
