Wonderful beachfront location, with restaurants & shopping very close. The unit was very clean & felt safe. Bed was comfortable, & shower had good water pressure. Kitchen was more than adequately equipped for eating in. The check in & check out processes were quick & easy.

This property is right on the beach in which was very convenient. It's nice clean cottages. The owner is very nice people easy to get along with. Will visit this location again.

The worst motel I have ever stayed in m. Bugs everywhere.. it was on the ocean but the owner kept harassing me about opening up my window when I was on the ocean wanting to hear the waves. Late checkout is not allowed.. total scam

It's a beautiful little "old-Florida" feel. We loved staying here. You feel isolated, even though all the mega-hotels are nearby. what a beautiful little place with nice people running it. The places have a classic beachside look on the outside and the insides are modern, with the subtle classic design elements still present. We will be back.

These are tiny cottages steps from the beach, which is nearly private. However, the property is in need of serious repairs. It's old, worn out, and there was mold in the air conditioning. I know this because I'm allergic and now sick as a dog. The futon (not a pull out) was hard as a rock and the bed was so worn out that it sagged badly in the middle. They must be aware because a 2x4 was nailed across the bottom-doesn'help though. Can't open the windows. No screens. When told about the mold, the response was "Oh.".

Throwback Oasis
Simply put, a simple, clean, peaceful and relaxing oasis in the middle of Florida’s slowly declining landscape. Kudos to Brevard County’s beach restoration efforts! And be sure to check the launch shed for the Space Center; sit on your personal beach outside your door for a spectacular view.

This small 1950's style motel has 8 suites (living room, mini-kitchen, bedroom, small bath), on the beach amid a long row of condominium towers. Nothing fancy, quite affordable, well maintained. One of the last of its kind in this area. I expect it will be gone soon, replaced by another condo.

Love the location right on the beach. Quiet and plenty of parking spots. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. They let us in and check in next morning since we didn't get there until 2:30 am in the morning due to flight delay and long car rental wait.

Weekend beach getaway Fla
Very relaxed place, one bedroom with kitchen, although I would have liked a bigger refrigerator, it was good, well stocked with pans and dishes etc. for the price you cannot beat it. Always stayed at the Double Tree up the road, and frankly this place was better if you don't like the all the activity. Not a Party place since almost all of the People staying there were over 65, but if you and that special someone want to be alone with the beach, 100 feet away, clean and cozy, this place is for you!

Excellent stay!!
This place is the best, it's literally steps away from the ocean!! It was very cozy, comfortable, and laid back. It was quiet, the owners gave us clean towels and emptied our trash every day while still giving us our privacy. We loved our stay, the apt was spacious, convenient, and priced right. We saved so much money on food since we were able to cook, the kitchen was well equiped, which we loved! We will definitely go back for another stay!

Its like having your own 1 bedroom apt completely furnished with everything. You just cant beat the view, easy access to the beach, in a quiet area. There are numerous restaurants, grocery shopping, along with other shopping closeby. I enjoyed the showerhead also which is a downfall to many other places to stay.

Quiet, clean, good location but not a resort.
We stayed 2 nights in room number 4 it had a living room with a couch, coffee table, TV and end tables. Off the living room was a kitchen with stove top, microwave, small dining table, 2 chairs and a half size refrigerator. Plates and cutlery to make a meal for 4 people. The bedroom had a single queen size bed and 1 nightstand. If you are just a little above average size, you will have issues with 2 people sleeping on this bed. Bed was comfortable if small. Floor is tile with a couple of small rugs, so sand is a problem. We were thankful that a broom and dustpan were in a bedroom closet to make clean up easy. Kitchen and living room had 2 small ceiling fans but not the living room. They did little to move air around. When we checked in the room was very hot and it took the AC unit almost 4 hours to cool the room down. In the closet where we found the broom and dustpan also housed the AC air handler which was very dusty. Was happy to see that the bathroom had a small walk in shower but be aware that because of the tile floor it can get slippery when wet. Beach was at most 50 yards from any of the units and was not crowded at any time we walked down to it day or night. Publix, Dunkin Donuts, and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Fishing was not good because of vegetation in the water. However huge numbers of sand fleas can be caught during the day and at night using your hands or a sand flea rake. All in all, we would give this property a 9/10

I was pleasantly surprised to find this property at the beach no less for a decent price when everything else around there was sold out. I had been travelling for several days and so I appreciated the living room and separate bedroom space along with the kitchen so I could store food items I brought with me. The accommodations were clean and nice for a budget property. The beach was mere steps away from my door and I could hear the waves crashing from inside my room. Adirondack chairs were on the property and at the beach for your use. I spent a good chunk of my evening walking on and sitting at the beach. There are several restaurants and stores nearby. The location was great. The place was clean and comfortable. I would go back again!

While the property is older it is well maintained and has the ambience of a historical vacation in the 50"s; it is almost like you are alone on the beach. I was surprised a place like this was still available and will use it again. (No place for high rollers.)
