We encourage guests to bring their concerns to us right away, while they are still with us, so we may address them. As we continue to advise guests, the hotel has not yet undergone restoration and is, basically, as it was over the last 94 years. We would like to correct one item, guests may ask for a hair dryer at the front desk or call the house phone and we will always be happy to provide one.
