Nice stay in quiet town

This was definitely the best hotel in Coffeyville. It was clean and safe. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty of it. Staff was friendly.

It is a nice hotel and clean enough. There was a black ring round the bathtub and shower wall. I’m assuming it was mildew or mold. The TV didn’t work. I told them about it and they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day. The included breakfast was decent. About average.

i had made 8 reservations through a third party 3 weeks in advance, and when the holiday inn in coffeyville ks became overbooked, they canceled our reservations because we booked third party. that can be understandable, but what is not acceptable is that we had no warning. everyone drove over 2 hours to be turned away. will not be using the holiday inn.

The staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. Location was convenient enough. It’s a small town so nothing is far away. We liked having a non smoking and non pet place to stay. Our room was clean, with the exception of some mold in the shower. Not a lot, but some. I told the front desk person and she said she would pass on to cleaning person. The entryway flooring in our room was coming up and needs to be fixed, too. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. We would stay there again.

Just stay somewhere else. Our room reeked of smoke even though it’s a non smoking property. Literally everything in the room was broke. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut and when I told the staff they said oh yeah we know a regular stays in there and he is gone this week. Have a good day. Choose another place in town or stay out of town and drive in. That’s what we will be doing for our next several trips to coffeyville

We stayed this time in a room for disabled persons. All was very nice except for the bathroom door. A very heavy sliding door, which was almost impossible for me to move and would not work for a person with a disability. The door created a safety factor as it slid across the coffee bar/refrigerator area. I was slightly injured as my daughter came out of the bathroom and slid the door into my body and across my foot as I was getting into the frig. .Poor and unsafe design.

The staff was so nice. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. The breakfast had so many options, including things my gluten free daughter could eat. Several things were not working during our stay, like the tvs and ice machines, but they were having technical issues and are remodeling so hopefully those will be resolved soon.

The ONLY thing we can say we enjoyed was the breakfast and John!! If it weren't for John coming in and making it as good as only one employee could, we would have asked for a full refund and gone to another hotel! John is a top-notch employee who gave us the best hospitality we could have ever imagined! When I arrived, I let the blonde girl with an inappropriate shirt on know we were there, she checked us in and acted as if everything was perfectly normal and fine. She wouldn't give us a third key for our teenage daughter (somewhat understandable, but still petty). We got up to our room and noticed how stained the carpets in the halls were. The carpets in the room were also stained and gross. The room was what I would consider to be the room of a privately owned, understaffed, old motel in a trashy town. When I took the kids down to go to the funeral home of the friend we were there to bury the next morning, I asked the pool hours. THEN is when she decided to tell me the pool was closed for repairs. Had the rest of our family not been staying there, we would have asked for a refund and left right then and there. However, we didn't want something like that to stop us from our family time. So we stayed. I asked her, "Don't you think that was something you could have told me when I checked in?" She said, "Oh, yeah I guess maybe we should tell people that." - while laughing. We will not ever be back to this hotel.

The blinds were dirty from water damage and the window sill. Disgusting! Looked like mold was starting to grow on them. The AC was filthy Hair on the floor in the bathroom Drawers had dirt in them No thank you when I checked out after 2 days and spending over 500.00 But I did notice a sign about their guarantee cleanliness. Worst hotel in my 75 day roadtrip. Previous guest coffee pod was still in the coffee maker. I’m
