We loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful and clean and exactly what the pictures showed. Location was perfect and the host was fast with responses when we had questions!
Don’t hesitate to book this amazing “Incline Village” home. Great location with beautiful peekaboo views of Lake Tahoe with a great deck! My fiancé and I booked this home for our destination wedding at Chimney Beach just North of Incline Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with “Sway” was alway quick, prompt and friendly and everyone staying with us had a wonderful time!! So what are you waiting for?….BOOK THIS PLACE now!!
Brought the whole family (age 2-70) and there was something for everyone in this beautiful property! We enjoyed every amenity! We will definitely be back!
We booked our stay a few days before christmas so price was expected. It couldn't have been a better location! Great stay with a hot tub. Kids had a blast!

This house is clean and quiet. The host is very nice and immediately answers our questions. The check-in and check-out instructions are very clear. I highly recommend this place!
Home was as described. We enjoyed our time in Tahoe. Only negatives were the coffee maker did not work properly due to a mismatched carafe that was too short to reach the coffee dispenser button and the chemicals were too strong to use the hot tub as long as we wanted to. Was nice to be near a grocery store to pick up food and beverages.
Everyone in our group of 8 (4 kids and 4 adults) loved the decor and style of the home. The home was exactly as shown in the pics & it was clean. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy the home for a few hours in the evening due to last-minute travel plan changes; would have loved to stay overnight and wake up to experience the sights/neighborhood in the morning.
Very convenient location in Incline Village. Fast wifi and has everything you'd need like soap, kitchen utensils, etc. House overall is in good condition. Host is very responsive.
However, in the pictures it shows a room with bunk beds which isn't accurate. That room just has 2 full beds instead. Also, the wide angle camera used for the pictures makes the property look much bigger than it actually is. It actually felt a little cramped, especially downstairs where the ceiling is lower.
Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding to warm up guests. Good spot for a group of friends hitting the slopes but when picky guests get involved they let you know where room for improvement can be made.
Our family stayed here for Christmas- three kiddos (ages 2-5), sister-in-law and her husband and my husband’s parents. There was plenty of space for everyone! Each bedroom was a good size and the main living area, kitchen and dining room were big enough for the six adults and three littles. The entire house was well-decorated which made it feel modern and upscale. The large couches, blankets and fireplace made the main living area super cozy. It was a pleasant surprise to see the refrigerator and pantry stocked with some essentials (maybe leftovers from previous guests but it all worked just the same)! The only negative was the downstairs bedrooms got a bit cold at night. We managed with warmer blankets on the beds, so not a big deal!
Booked this place for my uncle and his family to stay for a family wedding. The host, Shelby, was friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. My uncle said the property was beautiful with a great location and that their stay, while short, was lovely.
We had a great time, the property was just as described with a good layout and updates. Perfect location, wish we could have spent more time at the house. Hosts were very accommodating and prompt to respond during our stay.
Very easy location and nice modern home to stay in for my wedding weekend. The home accommodated myself and guests wonderfully. Plenty of beds for everyone!
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The place was cute and clean. Our host, Sway, was great with communication and making sure our stay was pleasant. Thank you, Sway!

Awesome property and very responsive/helpful host(Shelby). We will be back!!!
Me and my family visited north Lake Tahoe and decided to stay here. The property is very nice and well organized. This house is great for big family!!! The owner is very nice and response to your message quickly if you needed any help. Great place!!!
Everyone really liked it. Our only issue was the propane was empty for the bbq. We had to go fill it ourselves. We were reimbursed 50$ for the inconvenience.

Not a relaxing stay
Our group was disappointed in our stay. Check-in was easy, but the house was very dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Electrical sockets were pulled out from the walls, chipped plates and cups in the kitchen, and the carpets and floors were so dirty we didn't want to walk barefoot in the house. It was not a comfortable experience. The description of the house does not match the pictures; in person it's dark and dingy especially downstairs. One of the listed bedrooms does not have a window, which legally makes it not a bedroom and our guest who was planning to sleep there ended up sleeping on the sofa. On the positive side, the view is nice from the living room, however it is on the main road which is loud if the doors are open. We were in contact with the property manager during our stay and we're able to negotiate a bit of a discount due to the above issues, but still it was unfortunately not a relaxing stay.
