    What a wonderful condo located in the heart of Incline Village! You'll have a downstairs living plan (although there is a flight of stairs to the front door) and an upstairs master loft bedroom! The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and flat-screen TV! The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a private deck for year-round relaxation. Great location and is very comfy, enjoy any time of year!

    MAXIMUM PARKING - 2 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT

    Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy.

    Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village are only open for homeowners and full-time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

Nice stay

We stayed here with my two kids after Christmas. Overall we had a nice time. The one issue we had was the hot water ran out and didn’t get hot quickly enough. The property management sent someone out to turn up the water heater and we were fine after that. The other thing was there was laundry in the building but not in the unit. The description was a bit unclear about that. Otherwise it was comfortable, good location, parking was easy.

Good Old School Tahoe Condo

Condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The price was a good value for the area. It was a cute, old school vacation condo. Very comfortable. Would recommend for a short weekend stay like ours. Be aware that the condo does not have air conditioning so if you’re going in summer, it gets very warm even with the windows open and the fan on high. It also faces a busy street with a good deal of car traffic. It worked for us on this trip because we were aware and not expecting to be at the condo much so it wasn’t a terrible bother. Overall, the price was a great value and the condo pictures were representative of the property.
