Location and off street parking is good. Access for handicapped (canes and/or wheelchairs is excellent from garage.

Warm and clean home reminds me of grandma

The kitchen is loaded with all kinds of kitchen gadgets, from pots and pans, air fryer, juice blender, rice maker, microwave, you name it. So easy to make meals at this place. There is a grill at the backyard. We didn’t use but it’s good to have. In the garage, there are two bicycles. The garage door don’t open though, but you can park on the drive way. The neighborhood is very quiet and good to take walks during the day. The owners stocked up lots of blankets, towels, so if we are cold we can use. From the style of the bedding and the patterns from the plates, all remind me of going to my grandma’s place even though the bedrooms are a little dated, she always prepare us with enough food, lots of blanket to keep us warm. Our kids had a great time playing in the living room.

We had a very nice stay at this home. It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The listing was accurate. The house was comfortable, if a little dated, but not out of the norm for the area. We had plenty of room for 3 couples and loved the backyard. The upstairs area is an open loft, so keep that in mind for planning.

We were extremely disappointed with the state of this rental. The kitchen had only 3–4 worn-out plastic plates that were far past their usable age. The house lacked even the most basic essentials that most vacation rentals provide—coffee, tea, salt, or a minimally functional dinner set. Replacing the entire set would cost under $100, and yet the condition was so unhygienic that we had to buy our own paper plates to avoid getting sick. The linens were also concerning. The pillow covers clearly hadn’t been washed, so we removed them at checkout along with the sheets (as instructed) in the hope that they would be cleaned for the next guests. We received our check-in instructions at 5:11 pm—well past the promised check-in time—and only after multiple calls. On the other hand, when we asked for a one-hour extension on checkout (to 11 am), the request was quickly denied. Rules seem to be enforced only when it benefits the host or agency, not when accountability or guest experience is at stake. Customer support (both phone and chat) was unhelpful and entirely script-driven. This is a clear example of the downside of dealing with a property management agency instead of an actual host: no ownership, no accountability, and no intent to make the guest’s stay comfortable.
