    The finca, built from a mixture of Mallorcan country house and light Tuscan villa style, is idyllically located at the foot of the "Puig Santa Magdalena" between Inca and Llubi.

    The property is completely fenced and the highlight here is without a doubt the extensive palm garden with the private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth from 1.50 m to 1.90 m). The pool is surrounded by a paved terrace and plenty of lawn and a small shady pavilion with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing. On the covered veranda in front of the pool you can have a wonderful barbecue in the fresh air and then relax on the cozy sofa.

    With around 200 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house offers a living-dining room with WiFi internet and satellite TV and an open kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the terrace and pool area. In total there are four double bedrooms (2x double bed, 2x single beds) and three bathrooms.

    One of the rooms is on the ground floor and the other three are on the upper floor. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning. There is of course also a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a table tennis table under a shady pavilion for some activity.

    The small town of Inca in the center of the island is only about 3 km from the house. Here you will find all the services you need for a holiday on your own. The weekly market, every Thursday, has a long tradition and offers the opportunity to stock up on local food, clothing, shoes, souvenirs, etc.

    The most interesting sights are the three churches from the 13th century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, which is located on a small mountain and has an excellent viewpoint from which you can see large parts of the island. The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença, just 15 - 20 minutes away via the motorway from Inca
