The hotel is nice. The room is clean. The staff is nice. It is in a very convenient location. It is close to bus terminal, subway. It is close to shopping streets and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.

Incredible staff, very helpful and welcoming. We were allowed to check in early, given great recommendations, just a really well run hotel centrlaly located right in the heart of Dotombori.

The room was dirty, very obvious stains, and hair in obvious places. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathtub was dirty to the point I did not want to take a bath in it. The bed was clean though.

Very happy with the hotel, breakfast was outstanding, such a vast selection to choice from. The location is ideal for travelling beyond Kobe, the Shin- Kobe line is directly below the hotel.
