Haus Gutschi with Mountain View, Large Garden and Wi-Fi

Haus Gutschi is located in the center of the town of Imst and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding Alps. The timeless single-family house, built in the 1970s, has been transformed into a comfortable accommodation where up to six people can stay comfortably.



The two-story holiday home impresses with its open layout and a spacious garden of about 1,000 m². It features a dining room, a cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a third separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the balcony, you enjoy a beautiful view of the Tschirgant. Two covered terraces and a charcoal grill are also available.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with cable channels, a wide selection of books for all tastes, children’s books, and some toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.



There are two parking spaces on the property and one garage parking space. A storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot are at your disposal.



A family-friendly swimming pool is nearby, but out of earshot. Numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance. A traditional bakery can be reached quickly by car or on foot.



Away from mass tourism, the Muttekopf, Plattein, and Tschirgant invite you to extensive mountain tours. Hoch-Imst offers many opportunities to enjoy nature in the mountains in both summer and winter. The Pitztal, Ötztal, and other destinations are easily accessible by car or public transport.



Please note that there may be minor noise from a nearby construction site until the end of 2025.

Wunderschöner Familienaufenthalt mit Hund

Pros: Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen, großen Garten mit Überdachungen, so dass man auch bei leichtem Regen draußen sitzen konnte. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war super, oben in der Etage 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, so dass unsere erwachsenen Kinder dort ihr eigenes Reich hatten. Unten großes Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer ein weiteres Badezimmer, Eßbereich, Küche und zusätzlich ein Gäste-WC. Das Wifi war sehr gut. Julia, die sich um das Haus kümmert ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend und war immer erreichbar, der Check-In und -Out war durch einen Schlüsselsafe super unkompliziert! Cons: Das Möbiliar ist teilweise ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Neben dem Haus wird gerade gebaut, so dass während der Woche von 8 bis 17 Uhr mit Baulärm zu rechnen ist.
