Beautiful appartment, beautiful location.

We received a warm and friendly reception from Alexander and Melanie who are superb hosts. We have some basic German but they were keen to practice their English on us! The appartment is fantastically comfortable, very modern in many ways yet traditional in others. The two balconies are excellently located to take advantage of the sunshine. The appartment is equipped with everything one could need for a vacation. Everything was absolutely spotless, the bed superbly comfortable and the storage space was excellent. The bathroom was spacious with a choice of bath or shower. The kitchen every possible appliance and again were so clean, they looked brand new. Umhausen is a charming village with great views of the surrounding mountains. There are so many activities that a week is barely enough time to take in everything. Supermarkets and bakeries are 5 minutes away and there is a filling station just around the corner. Umhausen is an excellent base to explore the mountain pass into Italy and the glaciers of the Oetz Alps. We would rate Umhausen, and this appartment, as one of the best places in Europe for a vacation.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber, super Urlaub

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung der Familie Waldhart verbracht. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum ist sehr groß und unglaublich gemütlich, nicht zuletzt durch den Kamin. Die beiden Balkone sind ebenfalls toll. Durch den externen Zugang bietet die Wohnung absolute Privatsphäre, einfach wunderbar zum Erholen und Genießen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal. Vielen Dank!

geweldig appartement, zeer compleet en heel schoon!

Een heerlijke week gehad in appartement Strahlkogel. Fantastisch appartement, ruim, schoon en zeer compleet. Erg aardige verhuurder die ons van voldoende hout voorzag voor de openhaard! Ondanks de extreme kou was het appartement steeds heerlijk warm. Bedankt, we komen graag nog eens terug!

Wonderful Christmas Holiday!!

We spent one week during Christmas and had a wonderful time. The owners, Melanie and Alexander, are fabulous hosts. They were very attentive and helpful whenever we needed something. The house is really nice and had everything we needed. We had a fire place and Alexander provided firewood to make make cozy fires and sit in the living room to read or look out the windows at the mountains. There are many outdoor options to keep busy and active. The town is very quaint and we enjoyed strolling along everyone day. We attended Christmas Eve Children's Service and enjoyed watching the little ones of the village portray the nativity scene and sing songs. A very meaningful experience for our families. This is a lovely house with amazing caretakers. Thanks so much Melanie and Alexander!!

Wir waren im September 2015 für 2 Wochen im App. Strahlkogel. Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen in der wir bisher waren . Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber !!!!! Das Highlight war der Kamin im Wohn.- Essbereich. Auch sonst lässt das App. keine Wünsche offen . Fast schon wie zu Hause. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Selbstversorger ideal , eine großer Einkaufsmarkt ist gerade um die Ecke und gut zu Fuß erreichbar , sowie auch der Bäcker und die Gaststätten .Die Vermieter Alexander und Melanie sind sehr nett , hilfsbereit und waren stets für uns erreichbar . Liebe Familie Waldhart

Erst einmal schönen Dank für die reibungslose Abwicklung unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs in Eurer Ferienwohnung Strahlkogel. Wir und unsere Hündin Laila haben uns darin heimisch und sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Ferienwohnung fanden wir alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Auch die direkten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man in zwei bis drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, sowie die zahlreichen Wanderwege um Umhausen sind für einen gelungen Urlaub erwähnenswert. Schöner Wanderurlaub in einer sehr schönen FeWo

Wir waren 5 Tage in der sehr sauberen und modernen Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind den Vermietern sehr dankbar, dass sie auch für unser Baby alles bereitgestellt haben. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind wirklich sehr zahlreich und von Umhausen aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft, die wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Ganz tolle Wohnung

Wir haben 5 tolle Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Bilder auf dieser Seite entsprechen voll und ganz der Wirklichkeit. So eine gute Ausstattung habe ich in noch keiner Ferienwohnung gefunden und dazu ist alles fast neu. Einfach nur zum wohlfühlen!! :-) Und supersauber noch dazu. Diese Wohnung kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Fußläufig kann man den höchsten Wasserfall Tirols und das Ötzidorf erreichen, beides ist sehr sehenswert. Zum Wandern kann man einfach von der Wohnung aus loslaufen und die Gegend erkunden. Zum Essen waren wir im Gasthaus Krone, ein ganz uriges Lokal mit einer guten Küche und einer herzlichen Bedienung. :-) Ansonsten haben wir in der tollen Küche der Ferienwohnung gekocht. Die Vermieter sind ganz reizende Menschen und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.

Appartment Strahlkogel, Sommerurlaub

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Sommerwochen im Landhaus Waldhart verbracht. Das Appartment Strahlkogel ist für eine Familie super geeignet, die zwei Balkone herrlich! Besonders der Schaukelstuhl hatte es uns angetan... Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren top, die Vermieter ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder, zumal wir den Kamin wegen des schönen Wetters gar nicht ausprobiert haben. Das Ötztal bietet wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Abenteuer, Erholung, Wandern, Baden, Klettern, Mountainbikefahren, Spazierengehen, Rudern... Unsere Kids (10 und 13) waren begeistert. Und wir auch!!
