"This was not anyone's fault, again, staff was lovely, spa was great, but there were lots of little things, missing towels in room often, the bar not serving cocktails when more than a few people are in there, etc."

"The apartment was immaculate and cleaned during our stay. Everything was really new feeling. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely terrace facing the pool. The pool area was so clean and well looked after. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the shuttle car down to the other hotel was brilliant as you could then walk along the path to the town ( even at night!) Would love to stay again"

"Staff were friendly but slow. Rooms not cleaned, only water replenished. Had to ask for towels on arrival and hand towels several time. Bar area in the hotel not great. Beach bar was nice though"
