"Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The place is older but the rooms are SOOO CLEAN, beds very comfortable and very fair price. It’s very obvious that the staff here cares about the cleanliness of the guest rooms. We will be staying here when we come to Laramie from now on rather than spending twice as much or more at one of the chain hotels! "

"There's a road conditions and weather I never got there to check in till like 1:30 in the morning and I asked him I said so I can stay till noon yes check out at noon and at 7:30 8:00 in the morning they a guy come to my door and try to get in my room and I yelled at him so he went next door and started tearing the walls out in the room next door if they were remodeling now listen I understand they were about but the lady knew I was going to try and get some sleep after it ding late check-in you know 1:30 in the morning and she so she gives me a room still where they're going to start work first thing in the morning very disappointed piss poor management"

"The host was super friendly and helpful - the place was very clean, and the hot tub was a nice reprieve from the cold temps. My feedback to improve the place...1. It is very difficult to find - you cannot use the map to find the place.2. Only the living room and attached kitchen/dining rooms are heated, leaving the bedrooms very, very cold. The only thing that kept me from leaving due to the temps was that the beds have heated mattress toppers.3. The bedroom door that is closest to the hot tub doesn't lock properly. I felt ok, but it is not very safe."
