Bird watching Paradise
We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Right on the Estuary and across the street from the beach. A short walk to good coffee shops. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. We highly recommend this beautiful little apartment.

Stay Here!
Stephanie has recently remodeled this unit with a new floor and some new furniture. It is beautiful. Everything you need for your vacation is right there. You can step outside and walk either direction with a gentle breeze, or you can make a quick turn and walk on the beach and watch the early morning surfers. We loved it.

Great Choice for Vacation!

This property was as advertised... no surprises! I was escaping the Michigan winters and stayed 3 months. The owner was "the best"! I was on the beach in a matter of minutes. I didn't have a car and could walk everywhere I needed to go within an hours time. I enjoyed the third level living because the stairs were good exercise, the view of the estuary was awesome and I felt "safer" on this floor as I was by myself. I made friends with some of my neighbors and enjoyed the California Sun!

Perfect beach condo!
Stephanie’s condo is wonderful! The condo was very clean, the beds are super comfy, and the check in process was easy. The condo is in a wonderful location between the estuary and the ocean! I loved hearing the sound of the ocean when the windows are open. Stephanie has been wonderful and is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
