To bardzo kameralne i spokojne otoczenie w miarę zadbanym ogrodzie z pięknym widokiem na góry . Jeśli nocujesz na parterze jak my to nastaw się na brak snu przez hałas lokatorów z góry . Przez ... mieliśmy taki Sajgon że brak słów Jeśli chodzi o plac zabaw na terenie to strach korzystać ☹️ Niestety duża ilość robactwa w domku i na zewnątrz trzeba zabezpieczyć się w spiralę na owady .  Wyposażenie domku wystarczające . Brak klimy wiadomy ale jeden wiatrak na 3 pokoje bardzo słabo .

Location vétuste

C'est un appartement charmant mais très vétuste. Dès la première nuit nous avons du demander au propriétaire de huiler les portes qui grincaient, le manche de l'aspirateur années 70 et la robinetterie de la douche nous sont restés dans les mains. La caution y est malheureusement passée. La literie était très mauvaise. Nous sommes partis plus tôt. L'accès au wifi était très mauvais, seul un coin dans la cuisine permettait une connexion moyennement stable.

Schöne FeWo in toller Lage

Schöne Wohnung was die Platzverhältnisse angeht. Mobiliar, wie in solchen Ferienwohnungen oft üblich, etwas abgewohnt. Grosses Grundstück mit Oliven-, Orangen- Zitronenbäumen, Palmen, ... Wunderschöne Lage, eigentlich sehr ruhig, leider durch laute Baugeräusche auf dem Nachbargrundstück zeitweise ziemlich beeintächtigt. Anfahrt kein Problem, man muss halt die Augen auf haben. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, 2 Generationen wohnen im Haus. Leider war das Geschirr nicht unbedingt sauber. Das lag aber w

Nette Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommen und hilfreich, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig über dem Dorf Poggi, man hat die Vermieter selbst im Haus und soweit ich das beurteilen kann noch 4 weitere Ferienwohnungen. Das Manko: Man muss alles mit dem Auto machen, da man nicht mal eben vom Berg aus die Straße runterlaufen kann (welche mit V Klasse recht spaßig ist) und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Traumhaft, Familiär, unglaublich! A. und I. sind einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht! Platz genug für eine größere Familie mit Hund! Das gesamte Areal ist eingezäunt, so kann man die Vierbeiner auch laufen lassen! In der Stadt Imperia sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Im Ort Poggi Ist ein kleines Restaurant wo man auch Lebensmittel kaufen kann! Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr!

Proprietario invadente e zero pulizia

Non c’era alcun tipo di detersivo nemmeno quello per stoviglie, i letti li abbiamo dovuti fare noi ospiti…e non vorrei nemmeno parlare delle stoviglie, alcuni coltelli presentavano macchie di ruggine…in poche parole non era pulito. In più il proprietario è molto invadente

ruhig gelegen. auto wird benötigt für strandbesuch oder einkauf. freundlicher besitzer. kinderfreundlich, da abgeriegeltes areal. hatte leider nichts an standartausrüstung. kein wc-papier, keine hand/abwaschseife, keine geschirrtücher und kein schwamm.
