The living area has a well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, table and chairs for 6 people.
Access to balcony is possible only from the kitchen-living room.

The apartment is just 200 meters away from the beautiful Cycling Path “Pista Ciclabile del Ponente Ligure”: more than 30 km of flat and panoramic cycling-pedestrian path.
This trafficless path allows you to discover the coast, beaches and seaside villages.
Bike rental shop: less than 200 m away.
Not only summer stays: this location is perfect for any season. Nothing better than a walk or a bike ride under the sun, all year long, as even in the lower season there can be sunny and warm days!

- Michelin Star restaurant right next to the apartment (Sarri).
- Another large beach, with restaurant and some events at night, are 400 meters away.

- More fish restaurants in “Borgo Foce” (600 meters), a very charming area of Imperia, under “Parasio” hill, that we both suggest to visit! There is also a breathtaking panoramic walk starting in Borgo Foce: the “Passeggiata degli Innamorati” (Lovers Walk) that leads to “Borgo Marina”
- Large free parking on the sea at 550 meters; some free and some paid parkings on the same street. Underground parking, too.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
