The elevated location ensures peace and fresh air, far from the noise of traffic. For moments of relaxation, you’ll have access to the complex’s swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30). The beaches, the boardwalk, and Imperia’s beautiful bike path are just a few minutes away (a pleasant downhill walk on the way there, a scenic climb back), making this home the perfect balance between privacy and proximity to the Riviera.


By car, you can reach the centre of Imperia, the beaches, and the lovely spots along the “ zona.La ” in less than five minutes; the house is also an excellent starting point for visiting and exploring the beautiful villages in the area.

The property is well-equipped, with a parking space, air conditioning in the living room and kitchen (there are 2 split units), and a small garden with a lovely patio overlooking the sea—perfect for dining or sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the ocean.

The entire house, including the garden, parking space, and the shared pool (just 30 metres away), is available to guests.

It takes just 5–10 minutes on foot to reach the sea, the entrance to the bike path, or one of the many establishments along the Cristoforo Colombo seaside promenade. It’s also an excellent starting point for taking a drive to visit Dolceacqua, Seborga, Cervo, Alassio, Nice, Pieve di Teco, or the charming and lush mountains just beyond Imperia.
HOUSE RULES:
Groups of adults are accepted only if they pay a cash security deposit of €400.00 at check-in. The security deposit WILL BE REFUNDED (via bank transfer) the day after check-out, following an inspection of the property, and NOT AT CHECK-OUT. During the winter months, gas for heating is not included. At check-in, we will take a photo of the metre and request a deposit of €100 for heating costs, which we will refund at check-out after verifying the metre readings. Each cubic metre of gas costs €1.40. In the summer, we have set a limit of 40 units (kW) of energy per week, as there are two air conditioners in the house. If this limit is exceeded, we will charge €0.50 per unit. Upon check-in, we will take a photo of the metre and request a deposit of €50.00 per week for electricity usage, which we will refund upon check-out after verifying the metre readings.
