Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday home, Bodensee Häusle. This charming wooden house with a flat roof can accommodate up to 6 people. The 53 m² living space is spread over two levels and features a spacious, sunny south-facing terrace with approximately 60 m² of lawn—ideal for relaxing days surrounded by nature and the perfect retreat to simply unwind.

Holiday Home Amenities
On the ground floor, you’ll find a new, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine. In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find a cosy sofa set, a 43-inch TV with satellite reception, board games, and a dining area. From here, you have direct access to the patio and the garden, which is furnished with outdoor furniture.

A space-saving staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and an extra mattress—perfect for families or small groups. A cot is also available.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available so you can stay connected at all times.
We also offer our guests a 43" 4K Samsung Smart TV with ad-free Netflix access.

Your Location in the Holiday Home Park
Our holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home park east of Immenstaad, surrounded by idyllic orchards and fields and only about 700 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and the Alps—and take advantage of the opportunity to travel to Switzerland and Austria via the Lake Constance ferry fleet, which offers exciting day trips.

Family-Friendly and Relaxing
The holiday park offers families numerous playgrounds with swings, slides, sandpits, and climbing structures. During peak holiday seasons, the town offers children’s activities organised by the tourist information office. A free shuttle bus takes you comfortably through town, so you can easily reach everything.

Immenstaad and the Surrounding Area
Immenstaad is ideally located between Friedrichshafen and Meersburg, and its charming, well-maintained town centre—free of through traffic—invites you to take a leisurely stroll. You’ll have access to a wide range of recreational activities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a surfing and sailing school, a skate park, mini-golf, kayak and pedal boat rentals, a high ropes course, and much more. The boat dock, along with various restaurants and shops, rounds out the offerings.
