Haus Annette – Apartment No. 1 with Balcony and Wi-Fi

  • Located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance, Apartment No. 1 offers step-free access and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 49 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. Enjoy relaxing evenings on your private balcony.

    Our house is situated in a quiet yet central location, to the lake approx. 50m, to the village center, lido or free lake access approx. 5 min. The 2-room vacation apartments are located in the attic and each have a balcony, car and bicycle parking, satellite TV as well as oven or microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A crib and high chair are available if required. Drinks can be bought in the house. We would be pleased if you spend your vacation with us.

Mooi appartement met balkon. Rustig gelegen met eigen parkeerplaats.
