A very new property. The rooms are very well appointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location is a bit out of town, but it’s ok if you have a car.
Not very convenient transportation-wise as it's about a good 20min walk to either Imari or Kawahigashi station and it goes up & down a hill. There seems to be a bus stop close by but buses aren't that dependable. I guess the hotel is more meant for people with cars and for that, there are ample parking spaces right outside.
As for convenience in getting necessities, there is a convenience store right across the parking lot, a coin laundry next door and a small restaurant/cafe with decent food right in the building. That way, you don't have to go into the city center every time.
Otherwise, the place is clean and staff are friendly. It's a good option to stay.
