Pros: Staff were helpful and welcoming, despite limited English. Breakfast was good. A few steps from the ferry port. Cons:A shared toilet room with urinals-not so nice?! There was a sink in our private room, but so low and in a space 12 inches wide, so almost impossible to use. Condition of facility was poor. Few restaurants open at night on neighbouring streets.

港に近い旅館

素泊まりで利用、チェックイン時にタオルをプレゼントして頂ける。自転車は頼めば夜間は玄関土間に入れてもらえるので安心、部屋は広く洗面台や冷蔵庫なども付いているが、トイレと風呂は共同です。フェリー乗り場が目の前なので、しまなみ海道サイクリング行き帰りに便利でした。

18時頃チェックインしたが、その頃には湯船にお湯がはってあり、しかも凄く適温。疲れた旅人にはかなり嬉しい。 自転車レンタルが無料。近場に飯屋が少ないのでちょっとコンビニ行くとかに便利。朝食は頼んで正解だった。安くて美味しい。また、店主の気遣いが行届いてるように感じた。

古いですが、泊まるのには問題ありません。トイレとお風呂は共同でしたが、新しくて清潔でした。シャンプーリンスなど最低限のものは揃っていました。

古き良きお宿

昭和の風情あふれる建物です。つまりは古いんですけど、私的にはそれが良かったです。客室も広々でゆったり過ごせます。ただ個々の客室の仕切りがはめ殺しの襖なので他の部屋の音はよく聞こえてしまいます。私はそういうものだと割り切ってたので問題ないですが、気になさる方にはお勧めできません。あくまで昭和の風情を楽しめる方におすすめします。始めに案内してくださった女性スタッフさんはとても親切に対応してくれて好印象でしたよ。あと、お風呂とトイレは共同ですのでそちらもご留意ください。客室、共用スペースはしっかり掃除が行き届いていました。

所謂日本旅館です。他に滞在者がいなく、自分の都合でお風呂も朝食も提供して頂けました。値段も安く側に非常に良い割烹料理屋「瀬戸」もあって、次回今治に行く機会には又利用したい。
