Cozy vacation apartment with fireplace in the Harz II

  • Cozy apartment in a lovingly renovated half-timbered house.
    Terrace and garden with a small pond can be used in summer, sitting area and grill are available.
    There is a large dining table in the kitchen, open to the living room, with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and oven. In the spacious bathroom with shower there is a washing machine.
    Underfloor heating and a fireplace are installed in the apartment for pleasant warmth in the living area.
    In addition to a 2x2m double bed in bedroom I, 2 other guests can sleep in a 1.8x2m double bed and 4 people on mattresses in bedroom II. The second bedroom is in the attic.

Sehr nette Vermieter.Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte, war sauber und gepflegt.Ein Schrank war sogar mit Büchern und Spielen befüllt.Fand es war gut durchdacht.Man konnte sich auf dem Balkon und in den Garten zurückziehen und neben dem Haus den Bachlauf beobachten.Von dort aus war mit dem Auto sehr viel zu erreichen.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen und in die geräumige und komfortable Unterkunft geführt. Da die Abende kühl waren, hat uns der Kamin gute Dienste geleistet. Alles war prima!

Super Ferienwohnung in einer sehr schönen Lage. Alles war vorhanden und man konnte sofort in den Urlaub starten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt auch nochmal wieder.

Familiär mit Liebe zum Detail

Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt nur kurz war, so haben wir die Idylle und Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Am Abend die Zeit am Kamin verbringen war wunderschön und unsere Kinder haben die Schlaf- und Tobemöglichkeiten sehr genossen. Generell bestand das Gefühl, dass wir sehr wetgeschätzt werden und selbst der Extraweg für ein Feuerzeug keine Umstände gemacht hat. Auch das Bellen unseres Hundes wurde uns nicht übel genommen, sondern sogar verständnisvoll formuliert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Wir schon beschrieben, lief alles reibungslos, war absolut wie beschrieben und in der Nähe von vielen Ausflugszielen. Die Wohnung ist sehr charismatisch und top gepflegt. Wir können dieses Objekt empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Sehr detailverliebt und sauber, super Austattung (Bestückte Küche, Wolldecken, usw) besonders im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen. Kommunikation mit Frau Thiel wunderbar, schnell und komplikationslos, sehr freundlich.

Tolle Urlaubswohnung!

Sehr gemütliche, schöne, große Ferienwohnung. Gut ausgestattet in sehr ansprechendem Ambiente.Nette und entgegenkommende Vermieterin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in reichlicher Auswahl vorhanden in wunderschöner Umgebung. Ausflugsziel sind gut erreichbar. Alles zusammen gut bis sehr gut. Unten wäre praktischer gewesen, weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Ansonsten alles toll!!

Schöner Harzurlaub in perfekter Lage

Es lief von den vorbereitenden Absprachen für die Ankunft, über die Schlüsselübergabe ,Einweisung, Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten bis zur Verabschiedung und Schlüsselrückgabe alles perfekt ab. Für uns 5 Erwachsene und die 2 Kinder unter 5 Jahre waren die Bedingungen für das Schlafen, das Frühstück und Abendbrot sowie das Relaxen im Freien ( Garten bzw. Balkon) wirklich optimal. Der Teich war gleich noch Beobachtungsort von Frosch, Molch und Kaulquappe. Der vorbeifließende Bach wäre Erprobungsort unserer gebastelten Wassermühle geworden, wenn wir mehr Zeit gehabt hätten . Aber die Steinerne Renne sprang hier ein...

Wir waren Anfang April mit vier Erwachsenen für drei Übernachtungen hier und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auf Wünsche und Nachfragen reagierte unser Gastgeber sofort. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Hervorragende Weihnachtsferien

Großzügige Ferienwohnung im OG und DG eines Einzelhauses. EG ist auch vermietet. Sehr gemütlicher und liebevoll eingerichteter Wohnraum mit Kamin. An der Ausstattung hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt, auch Kaminholz war vorhanden. Zur Weihnachtszeit hatte uns die Vermieterin Frau Thiel auch einen kleinen Weihnachtsbaum zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Schlafräume sind funktionell eingerichtet, im DG hat man man nochmal sehr viel Platz. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mit dem Auto ist es ein Katzensprung ins nahe Wernigerode. Bereits von der Wohnung kann man gut zu Wanderungen über Wiesen und Felder aufbrechen, der nahegelegene Wald ist auch schnell erreicht. Als dann noch Schneefall einsetzte, war Weihnachten perfekt. Aber auch im Sommer ist bestimmt ein schönes Domizil vom dem man viele Unternehmungen starten kann. Wir würden gern nochmal wiederkommen.
