"The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. "Really close (2 minutes walk) to the old town bazaar, which is probably the best I have ever visited 👍 From the hotel to the bazaar and then to the stone bridge connecting the main square with the great Alexandra statue, all the pedestrian walking only, great design that’s rare globally! The staff was great too, that they arranged a car for a middle night airport pick up (with a fee)! I liked so much that I arranged a car take me to Sofia for a short few days visit and picked me up and returned...

"The location is outstanding. Their parking lot is a little hard to find, though if you follow their instructions (sent on check-in day), you will get there. The front desk folks were very helpful with suggestions for dining, and the Old Town is about a 10 minute walk for shopping. We'd definitely stay there again."
