We arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready but they were set up to allow you the ability to store your luggage and change to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar. I left my oura ring the first stay and they found it and kept it over a week without us even having a follow up reservation. Forgot to put the sign on our room for no house keeping one day. "The restaurant was awful. They had no idea what to do. I ordered room service and it took a long time. On the top of it the steak was burnt. Not just overcooked but burnt. The worst experience I've had with room service by far."
