The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. With Department store and many convenient facilities nearby, everything—from transportation to dining—was very accessible. The staff (especially concierge staff) were also extremely kind and helpful , so every stay has been a great experience. It’s my go-to hotel whenever I visit Busan.
