The location is few blocks from Myeong Dang and feels safe to walk to the evening bazaars.
The room is small. Hardly any space to walk on the side of the bed. I had to get on bed from bottom of bed.
There is really no lobby. There is no coffee facility in room either.
The check out time extension is charged by the hour. If your visit falls on Sunday and Monday no museums are open and they can not book you for DMZ due to marathons etc. That is what the only one person at desk told me. She did not know much about town or events.

Elevated youth hostel at best.
Next to no amenities (No hand soap in the bathroom?? No closet / anywhere to hang clothes. No slippers. Front desk only available until 10pm. No toiletries if you forgot yours)
House keeping only available if your stay is 7+ days
A 10min walk to Hongdae station so its a quieter area.
