"I experienced several frustrating issues during my stay that caused significant inconvenience. While both check-in and check-out were smooth, the overall experience was disappointing due to multiple unresolved problems. The shower in my room was broken for two days even after I reported it, and despite this inconvenience, I was not offered a room change. Additionally, the in-room phone used to contact reception or guest services was also not working and took two days to be repaired. On top of that, the TV was not functioning and took four days to fix. Although the staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently, these repeated maintenance issues greatly affected my comfort. The food was decent, but compared to other resorts, I felt the party atmosphere and entertainment were lacking. Overall, the constant inconveniences during my stay overshadowed the positives and made the experience much less enjoyable than I had expected."

"We had an amazing stay at Paloma Grida and would absolutely come back again. The hotel offers the perfect balance between a relaxing romantic getaway and a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful sea view that made every morning special. Waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very fast whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent — the pools were clean and spacious, the beach and sea were beautiful, and there was always something to do during the day. We especially enjoyed the gym and yoga classes, which added a relaxing and healthy touch to the vacation. The food was another standout point. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with family, this hotel creates a wonderful atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommended!"

"The resort itself is amazing. Staff is great too! But here comes the issues - extremely loud environment, unruly children running around(I have a 6 year old boy, but he has never been allowed to act like all other children), no adult supervision until early morning hours, security doesn’t do anything, parents don’t care! The parents drink until 3 am and shout, not talk in the common areas. The disco music is extremely loud, windows and walls are thin! And around 3 am when you think that you can get sleep the cleaning crew starts moving tables and the sound is horrible! Air conditioning is set to 23 C and you can’t adjust it lower. It’s monitored and managed by guest relations. Get a higher floor room not over pool to avoid the disturbance. The food is so so. Don’t even waste your time with the A La Cart restaurants especially the Asian one - you will be waiting for something that has nothing to do with sushi or Mongolian beef, tasteless small portions. You are better off eating at the Sunset main buffet style restaurant. Variety is ok. The other good restaurant is the 24/7 one in the end of the resort Waterworld. Coffee shop and patisserie’s are good. The beach is so so - has some rocks in the beginning and sand afterwards. Very small! The pool facilities are great - they get very crowded and people are keeping sun lounges from 8 am with their towels. The best part of our trip was the spa center - amazing massage options and facials. Old town Side is a must visit!"

"We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe. There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas. There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant. The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "

"Food was awful. Same choice each evening. Burnt fried chicken which you could smell then burning during the day. Only decent choice in the evening was Pizza. Breafast choice the same, Could not even get a omlet. Most of the staff did noot know how to say good morning or smile. Poor lighting in the night with many trip hazards walking. No power socket in bathroom to charge shaver. Rubbish entertainment in the evening. Only one bar to sit inside in the evening with awful pianist playing Great people on reception Will never go back"

"I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining."
