"The property was new and lovely and clean. Check in was a little confusing but a staff member was on hand via a button at the door to assist. There was a muffin. tea and coffee facilities however the coffee machine was not working. Bed and bedding wax wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shampoo provided."

The owners were friendly and very accommodating - providing recommendations for dinner and things to do. "Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de...
