One precaution: We were traveling in a large group (10 adults, each with a suitcase and a carry-on) and we were advised that we could not use the free shuttle for the airport. "We booked this place last minute, driving from Florence towards Venice. We arrived at 10 pm, super easy check in and self parking was a breeze. This is an old villa on a large property. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, it has a golf course, good size swimming pool, old huge trees, a pond and some walking trails within the property. The building is an old villa with elegant old fashioned decor. We stayed in one of the villa suites. Comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was very good and it was included in the price for us. Staff is professional and friendly. We liked our stay here and would recommend to others. "
