"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."
"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."
"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from friendly staff to the clean, comfortable rooms. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We truly have nothing bad to say and would gladly stay here again.

"Nice place with very comfortable bed. A bit noisy location, main problem is that heating system start to vibrate, several times during nigh that woke me and colleagues up.
Very good breakfast, disadvantage is that you have to go outside the hotel to access it. Starts 6.30 though which is perfect for business. Hotel had not regognised the payment from hotels.com so they tried to get paid once more. No problems, they found the payment after a reminder and we got a good receipt for bookkeeping....

"Lovely budget hotel; extremely comfortable and a bed fit for a king. Dining facilities were out due to refurbishment, but other than that it was perfect! There was a whole host of places to eat as the hotel is centre of town"
